J-B Weld 8265S (J-B Weld Twin Tube – 2 oz) is the original two-part “cold weld” steel-reinforced epoxy for strong, long-lasting repairs on metal and many other surfaces. Mix 1:1 to create a permanent bond that sets to a dark gray finish and can be shaped, tapped, filed, sanded, and drilled after curing. It sets in 4–6 hours, fully cures in 15–24 hours, delivers 5020 PSI tensile strength, and withstands temperatures up to 550°F (287°C) when fully cured.
